I sent a letter for urgent attention of the Claims Manager on 7 October 2013. Its is 48 hours later and I have not received the courtesy of a response, except for an automated e-mail. I have raised some pertinent issues with regards to poor claim handling by Bestmed that I need answers on. I am genuinely concerned that Bestmed are dodging legitimate claims and as such I need answers. I do not want a call or anything, just the decency of a response to my letter. I await your feedback.
