I raised a complaint under reference 287340 on 25 May 2013 and despite FNB wrongdoing, they convinced me that I had to pay and I did pay and still this month they have withdrawn R191, 89 from my account. Can you stop from doing this and reverse my money asap.
Since I was contacted a week ago that the situation will be corrected and offered a bundle of sorries, nothing has been done so far. Please let me reverse money asap
