I asked for a vehicle to be added to my insurance and my current one to be taken off, I spent the required nearly half hour on the phone and eventually got everything completed.
The consultant said she would email me the new policy, not done, how difficult can it be to get these small things rite. I must have the policy to collect the car in the morning, try print it from their website, the web site is experiencing a technical problem.
Wow, lucky for everyone you guys aren't involved with health care or anything like that as well.
