Why not a better interest rate???

I'm very unhappy with the interest rate on my current vehicle financed by MFC. This is my second vehicle I purchased from them. I received a good buy back on the vehicle I traded in when I purchased an almost new vehicle (demo).

Please can you advise why my interest rate was set at 11, 5%? I asked for a better rate but was told this is the best they can do. I have a very good credit record so can't see what the problem is.

I would appreciate feedback soonest.
