Banking Poor Service

I made a payment to the wrong creditor in November 2012. I contacted the creditor in question and was informed that the account had been closed for some time. I contacted the bank and was informed that the money would bounce back into our account. Nothing happened and I have been in constant touch with the official in question. I have all the emails to prove it. The amount in question is R18485.10, which is a lot of money to loose. I have had no joy from the bank.

The attitude of the staff has been very poor.

I need this matter settled NOW
