Someone copied my card and purchased an Airplane Ticket on Friday the 04/10/13 from my chq account, while I was at work I did inform Standard Bank of this the Saturday 05/10/13 when I drew money from my account and saw the balance was incorrect. Roosa and Sibusiso from customer care informed me that they would reverse the transaction and that the issue would be resolved. When I went to Standard Bank on 12/10/13 the problem still exist, after waiting for 1.5 hours they informed me they opened a query and closed it ten minutes later!!! I really need the money back this is poor poor rotten service! I don't think it is fair that someone else uses my well earned money do you?
