6 months ago I took out a legal policy with FNB called 1st Justice.
I was told after a month that I would be sent a card with all the details of the 1st Justice policy.6 months later, there is still no card.when I phone FNB and be asked to be put through to a 1st justice lawyer to get assistance, nobody know what I am talking about and then I get transferred to every office in FNB.Finally I get put through to someone who asked if I was a platinum or Gold account holder.i give them an answer and they transfer me to a call system that drops calls and then I have to have the whole process repeated.if I do not receive details within 5 working days, I will be canceling this product as it has so far been absolutely useless. R100 a month for free.
