''Money floating... will bounce back"

Saturday i made my monthly transfers and account payments. I transfered money to my mothers Nedbank account as per usual with internet banking. without the knowledge that the account was closed a few days ago.

monday when she wanted to transact she called to say give me the new account details so i can resend it to her 'new' account. when checking teh amount had gone off my account, i asked that she go to her bank and verify with them - thinking account is not closed.which they confirmed and gave her a statement even.
Went t othe bank tuesday morning, after having spent an hour at the bank all they could say was that well if it went off its probably floating, but it will bounce back. was told it takes 2/3 working days to refelct back into my account. I asked the lead enquiries lady, i assumed she was because the lady assisting had to go to her for each and every question i had., should it not what then she said well then u need come back. I was laready here cant u do what you will do 2/3 days later. she said no give it time to reflect. a week is gone now and im still waiting.month end at the bank the queues get ridiculous. to this day i still am waiting for it to 'bounce back'.
