NO RESPONSE FROM FNB

I reported an unauthorised amount being taken from my credit card on 19/2/13 and I have had no call or feedback from FNB. I made a purchase over the internet for R 429.00 and R 1363.63 was taken from my credit card. I immediately called the number on my credit card to report this and the consultant said I must fill in a form. I did it and faxed as well as emailed it to FNB. I have not received any feedback from them so far and money is out of my credit card... Disappointed with slow response...
