From my previous complaint on this site about the lack of feedback or communication related to my registration status for BTECH IT i got a response that it has been attended to, I got a email from unisa requesting documentation and myunisa status says awaiting outstanding documentation. I have faxed the required documentation, emailed the documentation, and personally handed in the documentation at the cape town regional office 3 weeks ago. As usual follow up calls are not answered and emails never replied to. I have serious doubts about this institution's reputation as a quality tertiary institution. I have paid the required deposit of R3800.00 I wonder how long it is going to take to get a refund?
