Called into the call centre again to clear an issue that has been ongoing since the 14 Jan 2013. Praval Misser answered and we went through the whole routine of name, ID etc and the phone went dead. Surprisingly he called me back and we continued to sort out the problem, which not even his supervisor (Ronald Govender) could manage to do. Hats off to such good service from Mr Praval Misser, well done and its a pleasure doing business with someone of such expertise. Congrats
