On the 30th of July, I woke up to my surprise that my debit billing from ABSA Bank increased from R21.00 to R99, 99. I then went and inquired that. Only to find out that, it was not infect ABSA Bank that has charged me this amount. It was the Christian DRE Marketing Company that I have never heard off. I never made any arrangements/deal with this Company. Yet ABSA allows them to take money from my account without them informing me. When I tell them about it, they say that I should call the Christian DRE Marketing and let them stop taking money from my account. And if they do not comply, ABSA has nothing more that they can do for me. What is that? I am so disappointed in ABSA Bank. I have been their client for more than five years and they are treating me like this!!!
I really do not know what I should do now.
Please help me out. Otherwise this claiming Christian Company is going to take money from my ABSA Bank every month now..
