Unauthorised debit orde

I don't understand how a big bank like standard bank can allow unauthorised debuit order with this fly by night companies, i had a problem a few months ago about dial 24 that was debiting my acc and i had to complain on hallo peter before the debit order can be stopped. and now it has started again they are trying tio get different debit order amount from my ac and i called statnderd bank to check what happened and i had to hold for a call center 15 min with my airtime until i decided to end the call. please sto the debit orders permanently or close this acc
