Unfair billing and very attitude

Got a call fron FNB Credit card apartment asking me when I am going to pay my bill for January. I did pay it on the 19th of December as I did get payed earlier. I also did not recieved my statement till today. I phoned them back complaining about the entire story and only when the lady informed me i still need to pay the penalty fee for paying to early I mean I did not even received a statement to see when I need to pay. I feel like going away from FNB for good.
