I received my salary earlier in December so I paid my credit card a week earlier on 17 December. Today I received a sms saying my card is overdue. I called the credit line an explained this to the lady. She told me they only take monthly payments after the 20th. Never was I informed of this and now I am told this will reflect on my credit record as a missed payment. If you look at my payment record I never missed a payment before and clearly this was a misunderstanding as I was never informed about this. The lady I spoke to was also quite rude telling me "out of half a million customers they don't know when someone is paying earlier". I can't believe that your customer service is so poor that you can't even see the point I am making. I paid all my account earlier in December and Standard Bank is the only one with this issue.
