Our car was involved in a car accident and was not entirely fixed, the canopy is still broken according to the repair centre it was never included by Indwe for repairs. We were also given a courtesy car and returned it today when we got our car back, we were told we need to pay for an extra day as the insurance is not liable whereas the car was not ready for collection yesterday.
We are in the process of cancelling this insurance for all our cars.
