I am now submitting a complaint against Indwe with the STI OMBUDSMAN.
I HAVE CONSULTED LEGAL ADVICE - I WILL NOT PAY THE EXCESS!!
Why have you NOT given me the proper feedback yet on what the status of my car's repairs are???
It has been more than 2 weeks now since the accident and I STILL dont know when my car will be ready!!!
You didn't even investigate why and how Metro Accident Assist towed my car to a SCRAPYARD and wanted to write off my car!!!
WHERE IS YOUR LEGAL DEPARTMENT?? WHY HAVE THEY NOT PHONED ME YET OR INVESTIGATED THE ABOVE MATTER???
I pay insurance so that when something happens to my car YOU TAKE CARE OF IT ALL - NOT ME!!
AND AND ATTEMPTED DONT TAKE PLACE BY TOWING COMPANIES YOU USE!!
WHY MUST I DO EVERYTHING TO GET MY CAR FIXED AND YOU DO NOTHING??
I have had enough!!
BY DOING NOTHING ABOUT MY CAR'S REPAIRS, YOU ARE WASTING THE 30 DAY RENTAL CAR SERVICE!!
I WILL NOT GIVE BACK THE RENTAL CAR UNTIL YOU HAVE DONE YOUR JOB AND I HAVE MY CAR BACK FULLY REPAIRED!!
DO THE JOB I AM PAYING YOU FOR EACH MONTH!!
