MY MONEY WAS WIDRAWED AT CAPITEC WHEN I HAD THE CA

I am really not happy, on sat the 27th i was at the standard bank ATM, i did put the card in the ATM punched the pin before i could enter the amount that i wanted to with draw i got a message saying a thousand is out when i was still shocked another message came in saying the same thing on Monday i went to the Branch they promised to investigate the matter and gave me this number (011 227 4905) to phone and do a follow up on on Thursday as from 10:00 am I'm phoning but there is no answer I've used more than R200 airtime
