I reported a case to Standard Bank on 15/4/13 at around 16:31. The case was recorded and I was given a reference number and the consultant (Colen), assured me that the bank will get back to me within 3 days with the results of their own investigations. The 3 days have gone by and there is no word from Standard Bank. The telephone number they gave me for follow-up purposes, 011-227-4905 rings and rings and there seems to be noone on the other end to answer it.
