I have a major problem with Standard Bank at the moment, I have been into The Glen Branch & South dale branch for assistance on numerous occasions & no one can assist me with my problem.

My own personal banking card is continually being blocked & I cannot access my banking?? I have been into the bank over the past 3 weeks & I can still not access my accounts or ATM.

I am going through a business split which has turned nasty I can only assume that my ex business partner is calling into your lost card division with my ID number & is blocking my card on a continuous basis
Or she has a friend within the bank that is assisting her. Surely this is illegal, yet my card is continually blocked.

I do not know what to do about this problem any more other than to move all my accounts from Standard Bank.

I need this matter to be urgently addressed as this is now becoming an extreme problem. I have debit orders etc. set up which I will be forced to change, if we cannot resolve the problem.

Please advise me if this matter can be looked into & if recordings can be checked with who is actually continuously blocking my personal account.
