Faulty bank costs

Fnb has been deducting R10 per transaction on EFT and every time I swipe my card. These costs are very inconsistent, some transactions are charged, some not. I called to query this and spoke to Relebohile. She agreed with me regarding the inconsistency and assured me I will have feedback by latest Monday, close of business.
Tuesday I rated the service and send an email, Wednesday again I sent an email again. All to be ignored.
Once this is sorted out, I will change banks. FNB blatantly steals money from there customers and don't deliver on promises. Do they hope there customers simply "forget" about money being incorrectly taken. If this is how they do business, my business will be taken elsewhere.
