Kicking a man when he is down

Like so many other South Africans I find myself in a spot of bother financialy. I took a temp loan offer of R8000 on Thursday morning about 7am, at 8am the payment of R8900 was take of my account again. I called my personal banker who reffered me to call 0861276917, Since last week Thursday I have been trying to get this sorted out, but I keep on getting promises and nothing more, I even spoke to a manager who promised he will have it sorted by no later than Monday close of business, I tried Tuesday and Wednesday and all I got is sorry for the inconviniance and we will call you back, quess what no call back or any feedback since my first call a week ago.

No way to treat platinum customers, maybe it is because I am in a financial crisis that I am being tossed asside, trust me I will get back on my feet and the first thing I will do is change Bank.
