Some time ago I phone Nedbank Home Loans to enquire as to how I go about getting fixed rates for my loans. They said that I *have* to go into a branch to get quotes.
On 19 Jul 2013 I went into the Alberton branch to do just that. The representative did not seem to understand what I needed and after calling up my loan details on his system he gave me my current rate and asked if *that* is what I wanted. After explaining that I need to get fixed rates he asked why I don't just phone the home loans people. I explained that they said I should go into a branch. He the phoned folks to get help to no avail. Then he said he would get back to me and he gave me his card.
I tried to phone him on Friday 26 Jul 2013. He was apparently not in as he was on some course.
I phone Monday 29 Jul 2013. He was still not in and the operator did not seem to know why. I then e-mailed him on this same day.
I am still waiting for a response. This is absolutely shocking.
