Obbed by fnb!!!

On the 27.7.2013 i went to a standard bank atm to withdraw R2500 it then cancelled my transaction saying that there was a error i then went to a nedbank atm and withdrew the amount and then checked my balance and it was R4.70 and it was supposed to be R2500. I then went into the fnb branch in vangate immediatley and advised them what happend they logged a dispute with standard bank and they told me it would take 48hours. Today is the 31.7.2013 and its been more than 48hours i called the bank and they put me through to the consultant that assisted me and i advised him my money has still been put back and no one has been in contact with he took down my details and told me h ewould call me back and he has not contacted me. I am furious that i have to run after my own money everytime and i have no money for food and i have a child to see to i will not be banking with them ever again.
