Went into the branch two weeks before the 19th of July to retrieve my card which had expired. Was told that I was a bit late, the card had been returned to the card-division. I must not worry it's not destroyed yet, I'll be called within 7 working days. Sensing that we account for 7 days differently, I went back on the 19th. Was helped by a teller named Kyle who apologised that the card had not arrived. I registered my dissatisfaction with him and asked him to escalate the matter. I was then referred to the 'team-leader' who addressed me in a not so kind manner and said the phones are busy, either I sit and wait (in a harsh tone) or I'll be called with an update. Knowing that a phone-call wont make me leave the branch with a card, I opted for the phone call, and the painful return trip to the branch at a future date...
Some two weeks later... I still don't have a card nor received some feedback!!! Running out of patience Beep-Bank, running out of patience.
