#DEBT PROTECTION FEE

I am being charged R3.00 for #DEBT PROTECTION FEE which I don't even know what it is. I never signed up for it. Please assist in cancelling this fee and reversing. I believe this is not allowed by law and would appreciate if you could give me the details of the ombudsman in order to do a formal complaint as FNB is from me.
