I really thought FNB would take reports on here serious but I am NO closer to resolving my original complaint that was logged on HelloPeter on the 15th July named FNB New Business Account. Promises were made and we at the 31ste already and still no resolution. Empty promises time after time. Seems like I might be moving my account to a different bank. I wonder what happened with it will be done by end of business on the 25th
