PAYPAL WITHDRAWAL SERVICE DOES NOT WORK

On the new FNB website, I am unable to withdraw money from PayPal into my FNB account. I have complained endlessly on the website - no response. (so what's the point of having a Complaints/Compliments form in the first place if no one responds?) I have physically gone into my local FNB branch who confirm they know there is a problem with PayPal and have no idea how to fix it. The FNB Call Centre have kept me waiting until Doomsday transferring me from pillar to post to people who would solve my problem so I have repeated my story to at least four people. Asked to please wait and ten minutes hanging on on the phone listening to their infuriating advertising telling me all about their GREAT NEW WEBSITE I gave up.. I cannot sit all day on the phone. PLEASE GET SOMEONE IN AUTHORITY TO CALL ME AND SORT THIS PROBLEM OUT.
