Online banking delets receptient on me payments

Hello, Knock Knock. Mr. Jacobs. Is there anybody home? Your online banking deleted a recipient of mine and can't get them back. Mr. Jacobs please tell me what you are doing with all the high bank charges I pay. I hope you are employing people with some intellect. I need this issue resolve urgently when you get off the golf course. I called my branch to notify them of the problem while I was busy with online banking. After seven minutes of waiting I hung up. WHAT DO YOU GUYS DO AT WORK? I REALLTY WOULD LIKE TO KNOW. YOU GUYS FRUSTRATE THE LIVING DAYLIGHTS OUT OF ME.
