Why 23 day response??

On the 2nd of July 2013 I faxed thru a cancellation Letter for a savings policy. Where in I asked to let me know what procedures to follow. I didn't get an answer from Old Mutual. I then phoned the client services (11th July) where I spoke to NARESH MOODLEY, who helped me by sending me the documents required to be completed. A big thank you to Naresh, if I hadn't spoken to him I would probably would still be waiting for a response. Then I did fill in the forms and sent it back to Old Mutual on the on the 11th July 2013. Hoping all was done on my part. Only then to receive an email from Nogcazi on the 25th of July for more information.

Please let us know what we should do in the future. Because sometimes not everybody is told what to do. As this should have been a 7 - 15day to completion. Now I have to wait for another -15 days for completion.
