Unauthorized Dial24 debit - STDBNK cant protect me

I'm am one of many getting a Dial24 debit order coming off on my account. (Just had 2)
I've never heard of them.
I have just had 2 duplicate transactions come off my account.
(surely their systems should pick up duplicates as suspicious)

I phoned Standard bank.
There is NO CONTACT DETAILS FOR THIS COMANPY ON THIER SYSTEM!!!
THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME TO FIND SOME!!!

I can not even cancel these online.
I was on the phone for 20 minutes just to get through to talk some one to cancel the debit orders.

I no longer want to belong to this bank if their service is this weak.
