Loan not being processed and not getting assisted

Im not getting good assistance from Olivia Pommer
On the 01 feb 2013 she send me the Premium loan argreement document and i fikked the form and returned it on the 05 feb 2013 along with Clear certified id copy, Clear Jan payslip, Latest 3 months bank statements reflecting salaries for Nov, Dec and Jan... bank stamp on each page
Proof of residence not older than 30 days.

One the 06 feb 2013 she send me Smart Spend: Smart@Form Document, which afilled and returned on the same day along with Clear certified id copy, Clear Jan payslip, Latest 3 months bank statements reflecting salaries for Nov, Dec and Jan... bank stamp on each page
Proof of residence not older than 30 days.

on the 11 Feb 2013 she now send me a Premium loan argreement document again to fill in.
I need to know how far is my loan application and she is not providing me with feedback.

please advise if i should know go to FNB and do follow up with them or what as Olivia has really faiiled me
