I will not be able to point out who the person responsible is but I was called yesterday from the number 011 320 3000, 30th of July and because I was unable to answer my phone at the time a rude voice mail (by a black lady, please not this is not meant to be in way) was left on my phone. This is totally unacceptable, I have been a client since 2009 I have considered moving my policy to another provider. I deal with clients on a daily basis and nothing permits a provider to treat clients in such an appalling manner. In fact I will be moving my saving policy to my bank, thank you very much for helping me make my decision.
