Clearly the client is not king at AForbes

I have been at my new employer for more than a year and have yet to receive statements on my pension fund. 2 months ago online capability was added and I registered immediately. A password was promised within 2 days.

2 months later I phone in, speaking to Kwenzi it was clear that my problem was not her problem and that I had to fit in with their way of doing things. She was rude, had a clear and blatant annoyed tone with me, placed me on hold without explaining or asking my permission. She also refused to give me her managers contact details stating that this is procedure and she does not want to lose her job. It also seems the managers only start at 9?

After 9 I phoned back and spoke to Benji, he could also not help or send me a statement and I would have to wait till next week for the system to send me a password. I left a message with his manager Luciano, to phone me back urgently (By 10:15) it is now 11:48 and I doubt I will get any call from him.

In short your service is disgusting and I can only hope you manage our pension funds better than your call centers, but I guess I will have to wait till your system sends me a password to see whether that is the case or not...
