When purchasing pre-paid electricity via internet banking the prepaid electricity receipt does not:
1. Reflect the amount of kwH purchased.
2. Does not show the sliding scale rate.
For all I know I could be getting ripped of by Standard Bank as there is a sliding scale tariff in my area.
I doubt it though I've always found Standard Bank to open and transparent when it comes to things like this, which is why this is a complaint and not a compliment as it should be.
