FNB has this new online banking system that is really bad, I don't know who told them this new system works better than the previous system but it definitely is not better. I can not find anything on this new system, you can't even contact FNB through the new system. All complaints have to be directed straight to them and I am overseas so imaging what the telephone bills are in doing it this way.
Money went off my account for a purchase from Avis for a card that was swiped, I am not even in the country so how am I going to swipe my card???
