Last year I was applying for loans and declined LDSA's offer, but none the less the transaction went through and money was deducted, (NO SERVICE RECEIVED). I sent an e-mail on 10 June 2013 cancelling the "Agreement" as I do not see the need in their Service. When I logged onto my Internet Banking on 30 July, the R399 was deducted.
I sent an email on 30 July and 31 July requesting that I receive feedback (no response on email was received), when I phoned they confirmed receipt of my e-mail, however refused to respond to it. I spoke to Kelly and I must say I feel that the consultant must be trained in dealing with such situations instead of telling me how I should react to the Situation.
I have all e-mails in my possession and would like to have my money refunded as the Agreement was Terminated.
Jamie also appears to not be in the Office on a regular basis.
