I very often purchase goods at Dis-Chem. Their offer to their customers is that, upon presentation of their Healthy living card, the customer will earn points, according to the amount of the purchase. Each time I have to ask the enquiries assistant to find out why I have not earned points. Although very friendly, the enquiries assistant will spin a yarn about the system being down, or they have a big problem with their system, or their system is currently being upgraded. I never knew that it takes a year to upgrade a system. I beleive Dis-Chem is making promises they cannot keep. Other than that I must say that I enjoy shopping at Dis-Chem.
