FNB Banking System Inaccessible

Another total stuff up from FNB. Thanks to you and your systems being down again, I found myself stranded at a petrol station unable to pay. Your system down means my fnb card gets declined, try the ATM (even though you charge an extortionate amount for using another banks ATM, and lets face it you have very few FNB ones) and surprise surprise that does not work either. Try cellphone banking and that gives me an error too. If you are going to encourage people to swipe their cards and not draw cash then make SURE your system is always up. It is completely unacceptable that your system is denying me access to my own money. Its funny how your system never fails to take my monthly fee out of my account yet it continuously stops me from accessing my own money. Ridiculous.
