In addition to logging a complaint last week, I feel the need to articulate a number of factors to prove the kind of service I have received from your tax dept this year.
o No clear information is passed on to me (the client) by your consultant as to what documents are required by SARS for the returns. This leads me to submitting incomplete docs (Travel logs) and selected for an audit.
o The payment due to me is rejected due to consultant submitting incomplete travel logs and as a result SARS indicate that I owe them... a shocking 5000. The tax consultant should have knowledge of the kind of documents required..this is what I pay you for!!
o A notice of objection is submitted by your consultant which bears an incorrect passport number and missing my details e.g..country of residence, email address. Consultant sends me a brush email without any remorse or apology for inconvenience caused to let me know that its now upto SARS and I should wait for 90 days.
If this is the level of service I am subscribing to, let me know and also let me know the fastest way of cancelling my contract with you.
