We were standing in a long queu on 27/07, the bank opened at 08:40, staff strolling thier way into the bank, no one apologised as to why did this happen, i asked a consultant by the name of Keipelege where the manager was, he said he was unavailable, surely there was supposed to have been a second in charge to at least apologise to customers, all they did was just to behave as if they were doing us favours by opening, the treatment was so bad, why cant they close the bank because they clearly not know the meaning of customer service, i have seen this service evertime i went there but felt that everyone deserves a chance and after hearing on the queu that almost everyone had the similar experiece, i only then decided to post this comment, not everyone knows this webside, otherwise headoffice of standard bank was going to be shocked, this needs to be addressed
