After a somewhat disappointing experience from another staff-member at Miway, I received a call from Ntokoza. He assured me that this is not the way in which they conduct their service and requested that I take some time to allow him to see if he can change my mind and to offer me a better premium. I allowed this and was quite impressed by the way Ntokoza conducted all subsequent telephonic conversations, communication and the extra assistance with anything that I was unsure of and needed assistance with. He was also very considerate about the times when he could contact me. I am very happy to have him handle all my insurance related matters going forward. Thank you so much Ntokoza! This is what I call service.
