Access to an Access Bond (!) has just been cancelled due to a new requirement from the bank. No notification of this requirement has been provided. Access to the account has merely been cancelled with a message in read to contact the home loan centre. After exactly 14 min and 39 sec on the phone a very nervous call centre clerk had to deal with my enquiry. I have been informed that I could receive a letter informing me of the new requirement in about 3 weeks. Is this a bank of the KGB? They have no respect for clients.
