My bicycle was a couple of days ago from my yard after i went cycling in the morning - only for my claim to be rejected because it wasn't taken from inside the insured property which was locked. What is the point of paying household content insurance when there's going to be stories upon submitting a claim? How about you become super pro active and have a detailed check list that you go though with the client to ensure that we fully understand what we are covered for, instead of being surprised by rejection when in distress?
I wish to know why insurance companies are not upfront about what exactly it is they cover, they are happy to deduct money from you every month, NO QUESTIONS asked. Why must i wait for a claim to be reject before i discover that certain claims are actually only linked to certain circumstances? Is it really worth it to even have an insurance, i cant help but wonder. You always hear people complain about insurance companies, but only get to understand what they really mean once you've had your own experience.
