There was a breaking and entering into my Venter trailer on my premises, most of my tools I use to make a living, and I did have other Insurance that cover the same tools outside of my premises. This insurance was not paid up to date so no cover was provided for the period in witch the burglary took place. but they claim that I have been insured by 2 companies at the same time of the burglary and that this is the reason they will not pay out my claim. They also state that they know I was not covered by the other insurance company but still give this as the reason for not paying my claim.
I still sit without tools. (had to borrow from my neighbor some tools) I am not able to create an income and still they are looking for any small reason not to pay the claim. We have been insured by Miway for a long period of time and we did not even have one burglary claim at Miway, in fact we had no burglary claims at any other insurance company for more than 10 years.
Still we are treated as chance takers. We never even missed one installment since we joint them.
This is outrages and not acceptable
