My GPS and My wallet were out out my Vehicle, but because my GPS was not SPECIFIED Santam will not pay out, I also cannot claim it under unspecified items because they have a list of items they will not be payed out under these types of claims. WHY DO I PAY INSURANCE PREMIUMS EVERY MONTH!!! These insurance companies are always there to take YOUR money when you pay them but are never willing, to pay you out YOUR money when you claim.
I wish I could find a Insurance company that is willing to help its customers and pay them out when they need it, and not have all this BS in their policies about what gets payed out and what does not get payed out, I pay every month to cover my property regards of whether it is specified or not, the company should pay me back my money when something has been from me. I THINK i SHOULD I START MY OWN INSURANCE COMPANY WITH THE POLICY READING 'IF ITS WE WILL COVER YOU"!! Straight, no fine print, no BS, its the customers money in the first place and they are just claiming it back, I think i will put all these companies out of business.
