Unable to FICA, and misinformation

Dear FNB

I replaced my Cheque account earlier this month, and all that was required (as stated in a SMS I received) was to show my ID upon collection of said replacement card. I finally received my card, and a couple of days later I kept getting SMS stating that I need to FICA again when I collect my card. Which is way too late and not my problem.

So now I know If I don't try and sort this out, you guys will freeze my accounts, So I went to the FNB Olympus branch in Faerie Glen. Sat and hour waiting to be helped. While you guys only had 2 CSR's working. What the man? So I got off and left, I won't be going back and I am not bothering to try and FICA again with weak service like that. And secondly how can you Issue me a replacement card and then days later decide I have to FICA again?

Either somebody sorts this out or I will be moving to capitec bank, I'd rather go through the FICA hassles with them. But this is unacceptable.
