It is not the 1st time that i have had this issue with African Bank.
The Communication between branches and Head Office is ridiculous!! I applied for a loan yesterday at the Montague gardens branch and was told that by today 9am i would have an answer.
At about 10am this morning i called Head Office to enquire about the descision of the loan and was told that they were unable to contact me or my company to confirm employment which i find to be highly unlikely because my company is open 24/7. i was put through to another individual who then told me that they were still awaiting the paperwork from the branch and that is the reason i have not been contacted yet. I then called the branch to find out what is going on and they told me that the paperwork had been sent to head office the previous day already!!
What is going on guys? your customer service is terrible and nobody has straight answers to give! I just need to know what the outcome is
