Rooks insurance brokers billed me twice... when i called to tell them about the incident... i spoke with the a lady by the name of Nthabiseng... she could not give me details... all she did was to keep me holding with no clear direction of what happen... its so useless to answer a call and ask the caller 'how may i assist you' while u know from the bottom of your heart that you are just waisting time... furtheremore, the lady asked me to send me the smses saying that payment was being initated against my account. She said she will have a look at them and give me feedback in 10 mins, needless to say its been 24 hrs still no response. Followed up via email and calling them still no response. ROOKS INSURANCE... IS THIS HOW YOU SERVICE YOUR CLIENTS???
