Black Fox Credit Management this is a division at African bank that deals with credit cards a spoke to woman by the name of Phumza i told her i wanted the balance to my account and if she required my id number to check she then kept quite when i asked her why was she quite she said she was waiting for me and and she shouted in my ear when saying that i got angry and i asked why did she shout at me she said if i have an attitude then she would drop the line i dared her to drop the call and she did in my ear, this is the type of behavior that makes people to say African bank has poor service no wonder they hire staff that is uneducated who have no clue about that customer service is i sure as would never open another account with them and every one i know i will tell them about this
